ADAMUS is the crown jewel of Destilaria Levira, which has had almost a century old story dedicated, in an overwhelming majority, to the production of grape marc spirit. In recent years, as a result of the strong investment in innovation and development of new products, Adamus has been created entirely dedicated to super-premium products. Each bottle was delicately designed and decorated like a diamond, cork was used as an integral part of the design since it’s a natural, noble product and also a Portuguese national symbol. The bottling, the numbering and the packaging of each bottle, are made manually with the maximum rigor and passion to ensure that each one is a special and unique object.

With the experience and knowledge acquired over decades, Destilaria Levira decides to take advantage of what is best in the Bairrada region to develop a Super Premium Gin.

Its origin goes back to distant times in Portugal’s history. The current and inadequate image, less noble and discredited, of a rustic beverage and full of history would have to be restored.
