Preparation Instructions
1) Place the content of the package in a medium-sized bowl and add 2 cups of cold water (400 ml) and 8 medium eggs.
2) Mix well until all liquid is absorbed. Knead until it becomes smooth and homogeneous.
3) Make balls with the dough and place them on a baking sheet. Leaving space between them so they do not stick together.
4) Preheat the oven (180 °C to 200 °C or 350 °F to 390 °F) for 5 min. Bake the balls at this same temperature for about 30 minute or until they are golden. The more you knead, the better your bread will grow!
IMPORTANT:
If you prefer, use a planetary mixer. Place the contents the package with the eggs and water, regulate at minimum speed, and turn on. Increase the speed as the liquid is being absorbed by the dough. Total time: 3 minutes.
This product can not be baked in microwave oven. The balls must be made right after the dough is kneaded and then the balls must be placed in the oven or frozen.
